​I am a Professor of Economics at University College London and a Senior Economist and Economic Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

My research interests are Time Series Econometrics, Forecasting and Applied Macroeconomics.

​

Some things I'm working on right now:​

  • Extracting subjective shocks and impulse response functions from survey data

  • Inference about tails of unobserved heterogeneity in micropanels
